REFUND POLICY

We at Lakeside Blooms understand that sometimes things need to change. Here's our policy to ensure a smooth experience:

Order Cancellations:

  • We can offer a full refund if you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% unless the order is already on-route then we will cannot offer a refund.

  • We cannot cancel an order or issue a refund for items that have already been delivered.

Substitution:

  • We strive to use the freshest, most beautiful seasonal flowers to create your order. However, due to availability or unforeseen circumstances, substitutions may be necessary.

  • We will always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and similar style, maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.

  • If a significant substitution is required, we will contact you beforehand to discuss options and obtain your approval.

  • You have the right to refuse the substitution and request a full refund if the change significantly alters the intended message or aesthetics of the arrangement.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries:

  • If the flowers arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will offer a full refund or a replacement bouquet of equal or greater value, depending on your preference.

  • We may request photos as proof of damage or incorrectness.

  • If an item is replaced or refunded the original item must be available for return.

Refunds for Late Deliveries:

  • If your order is delivered late due to our fault we will offer a partial refund, depending on the severity of the delay.

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability are not eligible for refunds, however we can offer re-delivery at an additional cost.

Wilted Flowers:

  • We take pride in the freshness of our flowers. However, refunds will not be offered for flowers that wilt due to improper care after delivery.

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Lakeside Blooms is committed to ensuring your security when ordering online. We have technical systems in place to ensure your security when providing your credit card details.

We use Stripe and Paypal (http://www.paypal.com) to process your credit card payment. Your credit card details are never handled by our system and we do not receive a copy of your credit card number. Square is a trusted Credit Card processor that is used by thousands of websites to process credit cards online and Paypal is a trusted online payment provider that handles millions of online transactions a day.

TIPS FOR ORDERING SAFELY ONLINE

Never submit your credit card details over an insecure site. Furthermore, don't simply believe that because a site claims to be secure, that it is. Check your browser - a small, locked padlock somewhere near the address bar.
